Mailing Lists

Whilst we allow mailing lists to be hosted and sent from our servers, there are restrictions associated with both the rate and amount of users the list is being sent to.

We allow one message (to a single recipient) to be sent per second. This ensures that not only, the load on the server remains low but all your emails are accepted by our mail servers.

Our servers will detect if more than 3600 mails are sent per hour and apply restrictions on the sending account.

In addition, the subscriber list should not exceed 5,000 email addresses. These addresses must be clean, verified and added with the user's consent.

Should we receive any complaints regarding the messages sent from your list, you will be expected to deal with and resolve the complaint within 24 hours.
