"Certificiate not trusted" Error

When viewing a SSL site, if you get a message stating that the certificate is not trusted, or similar, it generally means that you have not installed the bundle certificate.

This is included in your SSL confirmation email under the heading of "intermediate certificate". However, some web servers may also ask for the root certificate which is also provided.

Once reinstalled with either the intermediate or root certificate, please close and re-open your browser and then try the site again
