This error will occur when the server hosting your website has too much traffic passing through it. The load will pass a critical threshold and you may see this error.
Load is calculated on a per site basis, so one site can trip the generous resource limits assigned to all accounts and this can be checked within your control panel in the Resource Usage facility.
The most common way around this issue it to simply wait for five to ten minutes and try again. If the problem continues to occur, the website should be checked to find the cause of the high resource usage and to see if there are any optimisation steps that can be completed.
