Domains can be registered with details that may, over time, become out of date or invalid. Such as, a third party may have registered the name for another person and no longer are involved with the domain but those details have not been updated.

Whilst it is down to the registrant of the domain to ensure these domains are kept up to date, sometimes it is forgotten about.

If your details have been used to register, renew or transfer a domain of which you did not give any permission for, or they are no longer valid for that purpose, please let us, or the admin contact of the domain know.

Both of these contacts may be us but if not and you have no luck in getting a resolution via the admin contact, please email us at domains[at]xilo.net giving us the domain name in question, the details which are incorrect and if you have any prior involvement with the domain or the entity which may have registered the name. Please note, this is only for those who do not have access to the customer portal.

We will then contact the customer via the details we have to ask them to provide and validate correct information. If that is not forthcoming, we may suspend the domain until such a time that information is provided and remove your details from the database by using a WHOIS privacy service.
