To cancel a service, this must be requested via
My XILO by raising a billing ticket.
This should be done at least 30 days in advance as per our standard terms to prevent being billed for a further service period.
Services which are subject to varied terms as per our terms, such as with managed servers requiring 3 months notice should ensure sufficient notice is provided in the same way.
Notice applies from the point the ticket is raised and any invoices due within the notice period will be due as normal subject to normal notice.
