All accounts have the ability to set SPF records for their domains. This is only possible when we also host your mail.
Our default SPF record is added to all shared hosting domains to ensure that there are no issues with mail delivery from our relays and Mail Guard scanners.
We have listed the record below:
v=spf1 redirect=spf.xilo.net
You can edit, or remove this via the Email Authentication icon within your cPanel.
Reseller services will use a different record which can be gained by contacting support.
