You can receive your EPP key by logging in at my.xilo.net and clicking "domain list" on the right menu.
Not all domains support EPP keys and where this option is not shown, please contact our support team for further help.
From the list of domains shown in the table, select which domain you wish to receive the EPP key for and click the small icon.
On the domain details page, you will have a button towards the bottom of the screen labelled EPP key. Click this once.
Your EPP will shown on screen and is case-sensitive.
Some TLDs normally using EPP keys will not show this option when there are pending tasks (such as contact change, grace, redemption, restores and renewals) outstanding and will re-appear once complete.
